I think a key point is what is the e-book about? What do other related books look like?

As for the website layout, I think a lot of websites are looking the same these days. However don't rip off, especially a rival, you want the product to stand out.

I'd love to help on this but I'm pretty busy until December 12th.

Check out Adobe InDesign on G+ https://plus.google.com/111232610853738207090/posts. They offer quite a few free templates. If you can't find anything there, then GraphicRiver is also a great resource to check out too.

Hi all.

Well, i have like no idea what to make, i looked a lot of these things and like .. I'm new to this xd and i have a deadline on around mm 15th December . its a school project and i have to get a merit to above tbh , its really important coz i got only one shot on it. Hey Aurelian Spodarec, what software are you using to make the ebook?

Adobe Illustrator ( but i can't use it really , I'm really new to it , but i have to i guess to make the shape not pixelate as the resolution need to be 300 and it need to be clear when i zoom in ) and Adobe photoshop that I'm more familiar with it .

I would recommend using InDesign if you have it. Look into the EPUB feautres and doing ebooks in InDesign for Adobe Digital Publishing Suite. Here is a great YouTube playlist from Terry White that has several tutorials on the topic. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2E89047F8956BB16

Yes, i do and I'm learning how to use it too but i have to do a logo , i mean , invent a logo for eBooks so like treehouse has a little tree sort of or Facebook has its own F with blue , i have to do something like that for eBooks

And the logo needs to be created from scratch?

The logo has to be created form inspiration like from pinterest or even google images. e.g.

I have to re-name ( it would be the best) and make a new logo for eBook.

I need to choose a name . eBooks Online. I have to include that name on the logo or do something like Facebook did if thats allowed not sure.

I have to add and image or just to make it some how fancy , not jus text . I have to look at images and tell them how i went to the point of creating that logo and why inspired me . So its like i take some part of this logo and this and put it together, and twinkle it.

I see. In that case, I would suggest checking out freepik.com and GraphicBurger.com. Free downloads on both, and that could really help jumpstart the creative process for you and give you some great inspiration.
