Hey everybody. I am a web developer currently specialising in wordpress development.
I tried doing the design and development both myself, but I'm not very confident in my design skills, nor do I like design very much.
Ideally I (as a developer) would love to team up with a designer on an ongoing basis, but I don't know any designers in my local area. So I am asking here how do I find a designer to team up with?
Regarding the business structure, I'm not sure if I should subcontract the designer or perhaps we could be a partnership and split the revenue 50/50 for client projects. We can sort that out together later on, but first we need to find each other.
If you're a designer and you're interested in teaming up, I'd love to hear from you. If you're in Australia or UK that's even better. If you just have some advice for how I can find a designer, I'd love to hear that too. Thanks!

22,249 PointsYou can possibly do outsourcing(collaborate with Developers remotely online) and use Google hangouts that allows you to screen-share or receive/give remote help. also online code interaction sites like codepen or other online code editors.

I'd be happy to help with the designs (I'm learning both design and dev) bearing in mind I'm by no means a seasoned professional but rather a work in progress. Being unemployed I have tons of spare time and I'd basically be on call for whenever you need me to work. I'm based in the UK if that makes any difference.
