didn't get a quick setup page... now what do I do?

it appears I have already set up the repository 'medals', but I have no idea what to do with it. I don't know the address to use in the git remote command, I can't delete it and start over... and i can't follow the teacher, because NOTHING i have looks ANYTHING like what he shows on his screen.

I am still lost... and can't move on until I figure this out...
