Do this in 4 lines. Using the for loop only.

It's not very readable. But it gets the job done in 4 lines which is nice.

for (let i = 0, html = ""; i<10; i++) {
  html += `<div style="background-color: rgb(${Math.floor(Math.random() * 256)}, ${Math.floor(Math.random() * 256)},${Math.floor(Math.random() * 256)})">${i + 1}</div>`;
  if (i===9) {document.querySelector('main').innerHTML = html;}
}

Or a little bit easier to read in 5 lines:

for (let i = 0, html = ""; i<10; i++) {
  function rand () {return Math.floor(Math.random() * 256);} 
  html += `<div style="background-color: rgb(${rand()}, ${rand()},${rand()})">${i + 1}</div>`;
  if (i===9) {document.querySelector('main').innerHTML = html;}
}
