Does anyone know how to stream audio and video using my own server and Wirecast (video) or Dinesat(audio)?

I would like to know how to create a streaming server in order to reproduce real-time (video/Audio) on my webpage.... I'm aware that there are some paying options (streaming servers) like Akamai, Ustream... but is a new project and we don't want to spend a lot of money !
