Does somebody know how to preview on the text editor Atoms?

I am using Atom to work on the Random Quote Generator but I not able to preview my code on it

just open in a browser the html file that contains the JS or links to a separate JS file. that is essentially what preview in workspaces is doing. when you make a change, you do the same thing: save your file and refresh the browser.
