Domain

Hello, from Japan.

I used Dreamhost as web hosting and Namecheap for purchasing domain. But, I was careless, so I mistype the domain. I need to change the domain that I typed in Dreamhost. Although I tried to change , I could not find out how to do it. If someone know how to change the name of domain in Dreamhost, please help me!

Thank you!

  1. Namecheap: Ask them if you can get a refund for the domain typo
  2. Namecheap: Purchase the domain you want
  3. Dreamhost: Remove the domain with a typo
  4. Dreamhost: Add the correct domain you just purchased

If you need help adding/removing a domain from dreamhost, contact their support that's what you pay them for.

Thank you very much!

I think this is not smart idea, but I cancel the contract with the Dreamhost because the cancellation does not cost at the first trial. Then, I purchased the shared hosting at Bluehost. I should have been more careful... anyway, thank you for your advice!
