Dont know which techdegree to choose?

Hello Teachers:

Never in Programming but I am looking Python or JavaScript but dont know wish one are the best for comunication and powerfull in the web. Can tell me which one?

Javascript works on both backend and front end while python is usually used for backend functions in web development. you can decide on which part of the web you want to specialize and then decide. If you want to decide on front end go to Javascript, backend go to Python and if its full stack then go to Javascript. Eventually you can learn Python later too.
