dont understand how tree house calculate the course time

hello , i would like to understand this numbers . in this course https://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-basic-php-website

it said it that the course is 5 hours or 340 minute ,but when i see all the courses inside and there steps all together does not equale to 5 hours .

can some one explain me those calculations ?
