15,359 PointsDownloading or Implementing Picturefill
I typically try to follow along with the videos in Sublime - how do I go about downloading, including, or using picturefill if I want to keep using Sublime for this text editor.
Does the JavaScript file need to be saved in a folder and linked to the current file I am working with?
Any help to better understand this process would be much appreciated!

For basic usage of Picturefill download one of the files listed at the PictureFill website and reference it from the head section of your HTML document like so:
<script src="picturefill.js"></script>
The site also provides additional examples of using this plugin on your site. Please inform myself and other users if this helped solve you problem.
Good Luck,
Franciscus
