The challenge wants you to print out the error itself instead of a custom message. Try this:

System.out.println(iae);

Hi Benjamin,

Everything looks good, but you may want to print the iae

public class Main {
    public static void main(String[] args) {
        GoKart kart = new GoKart("yellow");
        if (kart.isBatteryEmpty()) {
          System.out.println("The battery is empty");
        }
      try{
      kart.drive(2);
      } catch(IllegalArgumentException iae){
        //This will print the IllegalArgumentException using iae
         System.out.println(iae);
      }
}
}

Hope this helps!
