error during installing haxm vt-x not working

during install of haxm i get error that says that intel virtualization technology (vt-x) is not turned on i enabled that in bios but i still get the same error i am on win 7, Lenovo E31 laptop can somebody help me please?

Hi Martins Rokis,

Have you disabled Hyper-V? After doing some research on StackOverflow, it looks like you may need to do that after you've enabled vt-x in BIOS.
