"Error establishing a database connection"

Once I've uploaded everything and created the database, etc, I go to the URL and get the above message. Any ideas what I may have missed or done wrong?

Got it sorted. I just deleted the database, created a new one and re-uploaded the sql file and that seems to have fixed it. Not sure why, but problem solved.

Yes config file is correct as far as I can tell. I've coded it all as described in the video.
