C# C# Objects Inheritance Throwing Exceptions

Error message: StudentsCode.cs(9,16): error CS1525: Unexpected symbol `>' Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings

I continually get this message and I do not know why. It says "StudentCode.cs(9,16) and this is Program.cs AND my code doesn't go below line 8. Help. :(

Program.cs 
int value = int.Parse(Console.ReadLine());

if(value < 0 || > 20)
{
 throw new System.Exception();   
}

Console.WriteLine(string.Format("You entered {0}",value));

Check this line:

if(value < 0 || value > 20)
