error: MSVCR120.dll is missing

I already have installed XAMPP on my desktop computer So now I was going to install Workbench and during the installation process this is the error I got. Any help would be kindly appreciated Imgur

have you done all of your windows updates? if yes i would try this

Hej Mathias and thanks for your reply. I did all of what you said and got to a document sfcdetails. When I open it there is lots of things written in it. Here I took some photos of it. Imgur Imgur

I tried installing workbench again and got the same error. What would you recommend?

Problem fixed. I looked for the file name and downloaded it from here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr120
