Error on windows system installing Ruby 2.6.6-1. "undefined method `halt_callback_chains_on_return_false"

The version of Ruby recommended on the video is no longer on the website. I installed the sites recommended version but in 32 as suggested and also Ruby gems 5.0.

When in the blog exercise attempting to follow the ruby bin\rails server direction the above error message comes up.

Can anyone assist please?
