Error says too many loops attempted, how do I fix this?

You just need to delete the last part of your code, so that there is no more code left to execute once the condition fails:

// I have initialized a java.io.Console for you. It is in a variable named console.
String response;
do {
  response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?  ");
} while (response.equals("No"));
