Error while waiting for device: adb connection not available, or was terminated.

I keep getting the error message on my apps tab,"05/18 22:47:24: Launching app. Error while waiting for device: adb connection not available, or was terminated." I re-created my virtual device exactly how the video describes and it still will not run. Is there anything else I am missing. Please let me know.

If the emulator is running fine close it and Android Studio then restart both.

I'm having the same problem. Tried restarting everything but, nothing changed. Even tried it on a different emulator but, nothing seems to work. Would appreciate some help.

I'm not sure why it is suddenly not working, the emulator boots completely there just doesn't seem to be a connection or anything.

Had same problem, clicked on debug and it fixed it.
