Try changing your minSdk Version in your manifest file to 21 or below.

You're using the preview version of the future Android N that was released recently for testing/evaluation purposes. That version is experimental at this point and using version N for the SDK will only work with a Version N emulator image. You want to reduce any of the SDK versions in the manifest/gradle files to be no higher that 23.
