I have rewatched the video for labels and it is not obvious to me what I am doing wrong.

231,269 PointsThe issue preventing passing task 2 is that the start tag for the select
has no ">" at the end. The extra closing option
tag that David mentioned is not correct syntax and should not be there although the challenge doesn't seem concerned about it.
Quote marks around the "for" value in the label are optional.
