I've just been watching the new "How to Run a Web Design Business" deep dive. This is by far my favourite series of videos. Paul does an amazing job, I could listen to him for hours.
I was wondering if it would be possible to provide an example of a project proposal. The videos explained what to include, but I have no experience with this kind of thing and an example would be great.

One way to practice this is to scan places where you would find web design proposals, like a freelancing job board or a Craigslist. Pick one of these jobs, and imagine you are writing an email describing in detail how you would tackle the job. What information you would need from them, how long it would take, what milestones for the project there are.
Writing proposals are a bit time consuming, but they are an essential part of the business, whether you are at an agency or on your own.
