Feedback on an idea

Since there's some awesome designers here i'd love to hear some feedback on an app that i'm thinking of making.

I wanted to build an app that would allow you to favourite images which would mostly be from dribbble and you could collect them within the app and possibly write notes within the app.

A supporting functionality may be you can use dribbble on your iPhone this is if you do use the site.

But doing my research i have some people saying its a cool idea but others saying it's something they wouldn't want really use i'd love to hear your opinions on it and if there is any other issues/improvement you have with collecting inspiration for projects or in general with my idea :D

I'm unsure wheter do this as a side project or not

I'm not going to lie I don't see to many advantages to it. What does it offer that say [https://papaly.com/](Papaly) doesn't but goes much further than just images from defined sources.

I am trying to think of why would someone need to gather dribble pictures and add notes to it. I mean, that it something they could also do with Pinterest. Pin it and then add in their note in a little description. If someone doesn't want their pins to be public then the use the secret pins/board. I believe you'll need to add additional functionalities to make it competitive. If you do something that already exists you are less likely to beat competition except if you do very good targeted marketing and of course have some key add-ons that make your product better than the next one.

Thanks both of you for your feedback, looking at it now it seems like this isn't a problem worth solving haha
