not sure how this question is supposed to be answered is it asking me to change the fill colour on hover with a ease-out or just asking me to set a different fill colour and add a transition value?

the question is basically asking you to use the shorthand transition
property and give it a value of fill 1s
.
So the outcome would be:-
.star-bg {
transition: fill 1s;
}
Don't get me wrong I had to read the questions a few times before I fully got it...
