Find and Replace - Workspaces

How do you simultaneously find and replace words in Workspaces? According to this video, the shortcut is supposed to be CNTRL+ALT+F. This shortcut doesn't exist in the Edit menu.

Many thanks!

CTRL + H does work for some reason although I think Guil meant to say CTRL + SHIFT + F as that does work too.
