Flickr API OAuth and flickr.favorites.add

Can anyone possibly tell me or point me in the right direction on using the Flickr API to authenticate a user and let them add a photo to their favorites????? I'm building a site that pull images from photosets and I want visitors to be able to add them to their favaorites. Pleas and Thank You!!! I have not the foggiest clue on how to use php or any oter libray to deal with Oauth and how to put it all together. I just really got pretty decent handling ajax and getJSON request and pulling data. This is way over my head.
