For the name value, do we have to use the prefix underscore (" _") all the time?

Instead of typing user_job and user_bio, can I use instead user-job, and user-bio? I'll use a dashes instead of the underscores? Will it matter? Can I use dashes in setting values in my id values too?

The choice of identifiers is up to you, the actual names are not important as long as they are used consistently.
