Frogs Game Assets not importing into Unity?

Upon trying to upload the Frogs Game Asset folder, Unity would not upload claiming that it was not a Unity file? I am using the Unity desktop app and have the file saved on my desktop. (The project settings file was uploaded fine...)

How do I overcome this?

Hey did you unzip the file after download? The zipped file would not be recognized as as a project file to import.
