Set viewBox to "0 -100 800 400" and rotation is still correct.
If cx,cy were px then changing the viewBox would affect the rotation center

Yep, cx
and cy
are the center coordinates—they're not pixel values. But we can use those values in our CSS to set the transform origin in pixels.
