Getting undefined method when testing using shoulda-matchers

When testing associations of todo_item and todo_list, my tests are failing because of an 'undefined method'.

I'm fairly sure I installed the shoulda-matchers gem properly, but for some reason it's not working.

Not sure why this is happening, please halp!
