git log fatal: bad default revision 'HEAD'

Why am I getting this error each time I use git log to show me where I am within the git bash. I am a noob at this git stuff. I am using window 10.

You have to start your repository locally, add files to it and commit before doing remote.

try erasing the .git git init git add . git commit -m "Whatever" then do whatever you wanted
