GitHub page with own domain

Hi everyone, I have a simple question, I have a domain that I want to start using for a personal blog (elementalpleasures.me), I want to use GitHub to built my site so I follow this page (https://guides.github.com/features/pages/) but I don't know how to use my domain with that configuration in GitHub, can someone help me?

Well, thanks :) I create my CNAME file and I think it's working fine

But the DNS Servers of www.elementalpleasures.me are these...

...so I don't think that the page will be redirected to my GitHub site, am I wrong?, what can I do? I think that I need to paste those DNS from GitHub to redirect the domain to GitHub, but I can't find how to do that, any idea?

Thanks
