Google Chrome repaint issue

Just wondering if someone can confirm this for me so I can verify I'm not going crazy.

After updating to the latest version of Chrome last night, I'm now getting really bad repainting issues/lag when resizing the browser (when testing breakpoints). I installed a fresh version of Chrome on a fresh install of Windows 10 and it still happens. I also tried it on my boyfriend's PC, which has a different CPU/GPU (but also Windows 8.1), and it still happens. Can anyone try out theirs and report back? Guil Hernandez, maybe?

Additional info: This issue wasn't present before updating (I'm sure since I was in the middle of developing a WP theme), and all other browsers (IE11, Opera, Firefox) are fine.

Hey Ryan,

Since this isn't a direct answer to your question, I'm going to leave this as a comment, but you should try the responsive design tool that is within Google Chrome itself. Whenever you open up your Developer Tools, hit the icon that looks like a tablet/phone beside of the magnifying glass on the far left side of the tools. From there, you can responsively change the width/height of the page without having to resize the browser for other windows. You can also change the User Agent, adjust any network throttling you wish to apply, and some other really cool developer things. I've found this many times more efficient than resizing the browser window itself.
