Google Page Speed Insights

Hi Guys,

Having a world of trouble.

I am trying to boost my website, but struggling with the google page speed insights options.

heres the test link: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=www.chrispdesign.com&tab=desktop

1) I have tried the Remove render-blocking JavaScript: for the ajax.googleapis.com link and all options just didn't seem to work when i tested again.

how can i fix this and the : maps.googleapis.com part?

2) also the second part optimize css delivery: of wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize and http://cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/classic-10_7.css

how on earth do i combine those? i have looked through this link https://varvy.com/pagespeed/optimize-css-delivery.html explaining how but i cannot seem to figure it out.

Help appreciated guys, I am stumped.
