Got billed for October, after cancelling my account several months ago. My last achievement is from March...

Why is it that I can't delete my credit card info? I feel very unsafe about having it here, since I woke up to an e-mail saying my card was charged, when I haven't used this thing in months. I hope the staff looks and sees at my activity, this is ridiculous.

They need to fix up and ease the process of cancelling, there's nothing worse than a broke student getting billed for something he/she hasn't used in many months. Only time I ever encountered something like this was with shady gym services... Please help.

If I get billed for November I'm going to be livid. Please just eradicate my account, and my info, and give me back my money.

Hey, I had the same exact thing happen to me. What is going on? I like Treehouse but what is happening here... I emailed help@teamtreehouse.com first thing this morning (7am) and still haven't gotten a response from them (It's 7pm now).. Ugh.

Hi folks,

There was a recent billing glitch that resulted in some folks getting billed. We've found the issue and have resolved it so that it won't occur again. In the meantime, we've been issuing refunds, removing payment information and closing the accounts.

The solution is SIMPLE. Change your shady business practices!!! We want to delete our payment information, SO LET US DO IT!!!

YOU KEEP IT THIS THE WAY IT IS BECAUSE YOU CAN CHARGE PEOPLE ALL YOU WANT TO, AND YOU ONLY HAVE TO REFUND MONEY TO THE PEOPLE THAT SPEAK UP. YOU PERMIT PEOPLE TO PUT THEIR PAY INFO ON THEIR ACCOUNT, BUT YOU DON'T LET THEM DELETE IT? WE HAVE TO CONTACT YOU FOR HELP TO DO THAT? REALLY?
