Courses Plus Student 23,163 PointsYou should try Ninja forms, free plugin but some premium extentions if you need. It is possible to style with CSS but can be tricky. If you looking to style the forms you should read their docs and forums as there are some quirky workarounds.
Basic youtube review here but you can probably find better instruction somewhere
