Having A Button That Gives You All The Values In The Other Buttons?

hi.

I was wondering how can i get a both buttton? Because at the moment I have two buttons for yes or no and I have added a button that says I dont mind, but im not sure how I can get the query (MYSQL) to display all the products and not just if they have a yes or a no.

Here is the code im using at the moment for the query:

SELECT * FROM Products WHERE Autoclose = :autoclose
