Help! Can't create a team on GitHub

Hey guys, I am doing the github course and I'm on the teams section - when I try to add a team it doesn't let me, the button physically isn't there. Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you created an organization yet? Then go to your profile click on your organization profile,separate from you regular github profile, and there you should find the make team feature.
