Help me to learn how to

HI,

Please help me to learn how to re-desing this page here

I believe i can put the counsulting under counsulting, and services and put services on hover.

And oout it inline at the top with the logo on left and put about us etc.. on top as well.

Is that good?

Honest opinion, yes you could do do those things to "improve" this design,

but I find this style of design very out of date. Reminds me of top website back in 2002/2003. I personally would scrape it and start a fresh.

But IF you had to keep this site (as per client request, or whatever), I would remove the stock imagry in the Header, I would remove the gif image, I would Do as you said puting the logo on top left and then the navigation on top as well. But to me easiest would be to remake.

Yes im re-doing this website for a client which is like 7 years old lol And now what im doing is put the navigation on top and logo on the left top maybe upper than the nav.

After that im gonna but a carousel slider with like 3slides i believe thats good . And now i have Home, ABout Us, and Services which has the two services and then Counsulting which has two counsulting but thats just 6 pages he said he wants 10 so im missing some contect but hopefuly it wont break the desing.

Hes doing it pretty much detailed.
