12,680 Pointshelp - stuck with this simple question
Q.In one statement, in the movies table rename the year to release_year and change the type to the type of YEAR.
My attempt...
A. ALTER TABLE movies CHANGE COLUMN year release_year, type type of the YEAR;
I know the 'type of the year' part is wrong but I dont really understand the question especially the last part (even though I am English!)
Please help if you know it. I have tried various ways and need fresh pair of eyes to look at it. Thanks
Nathan

4,972 PointsPreviously the year was being stored as an integer, now you need to use the dedicated data-type called 'YEAR' for it.

12,680 PointsThanks, I have cracked it now. I would write it out here but that would be cheating for others! ;)
Cheers pal.
