help with Allison's responsive web design iphone + ipad layouts

Hi Allison,

I am on the next stage of Become a Web Designer, Building a responsive Web Design. I am following along on the instruction videos, but kind of designing my own website with different typography as we go. On the video under adaptive design, called Media Queries, I got the fluid layout to move completely vertical once I get to 480px(the width of an iphone). But I can't get all the navigation to look like it's suppose to. Like with the button Contact Us spanning the width of the screen. Just wondering if you had any suggestions.

Treehouse really doesn't cover grids like I wish they would :( I'd be happy to look at a code example. If your styling/layout differs greatly from the "Smells Like Bakin" website's grid: then you might wanna modify it a bit. If the problem is your content isn't scaling properly. Then, you'll want to take a look at the responsive design badge. I've also heard this Treehouse show video is extremely useful about explaining grids: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0KhdsgkqVI.
