Help with developer tools

I think something is wrong with my developer tools, When I shrink my browser size (not in dev tools) my content stacks properly, but when I open dev tools and select a smaller screen this no longer happens and my content is side by side?? even when I use the responsive option the content does not show properly?

This happened to me before but I thought my code was the issue... now that its happening again I winder if something is wrong with my dev tools ??

any ideas??? Thank you

Hey Kayla Pasciullo dev tools isn't always 100% accurate but you can try previewing on the device or using other simulation apps
