Help with Google Custom Search

Hello has anyone used Google Custom Search in a website? If so do you know how to use multiple search forms in a site that only display certain specified results?

Example:

http://everythingpropertymanagement.com

We have state pages for the 50 US states. I need a unique Google Custom Search engine for each state page that only shows state-specific results.

Example:

Go to California page search for a term and only blog posts that have California tagged show up in results.
