There's a few issues:

  • use the variable names instead of their contents (example: role instead of developer)
  • use spaces instead of empty strings (' ' instead of '')
  • there's a missing operator (+) between the last name and the quoted colon
  • optional: you can combine literal strings (': ' instead of ':' + ' ')
