Hi,I would like to know how to define and drilldown the customer segments for a website like treehouse,Global Web Users?

How do you define customer segments for a website such as treehouse? I have can only think of a high level definition - Global Web Users who are interested in online learning? Is it possible to further drilldown on that? Thank you.
