Hosed up my Launch Console

Hi there, I'm in the Working with Remotes section, and I have managed to do some of my own thing. But at this point, I have hosed up what my Launch Console. Is there a way for me to make it match what it is like as of the Pushing and Pulling section?

You'll want to pull down from the remote origin to sync up before you push up your changes!
