How a slider / fader or progress bar moves on an app?

Hi!!

I am confused when it comes to designing a volume fader or any other slider for an app.

How do I design it for it to come from 0 value to a 100?

Hi, i don't know but isn't that made in code the fade? shouldn't you say what colour to fade you want it and then it fades ? i guess I'm not sure but thats what i think.
