how can i place the ul, h1 and p elements at the top of the page?

i can't place the elements in the "index.html" file

Not quite sure what you mean? The ul h1 and p elements are already at the top of the page.. The challenge however is to place those elements inside something that "represents a group of introductory content.." Being the <header> tag.
