How do I edit videos?

Hi,

How can I record this and edit make videos like this?

I need to show some intro at the start, then my coding and show my face there, at the top or right or wherever.

I'm planning on making coding tutorials, and I'm wondering how should I go with the editing stuff video thingy : p
