How do I fix error code 133 when trying to install 1.9.3? I've run 'autolibs enable'. Install is still failing. Help pls

The specific failure warnings are: Failed reading certificates path for '/usr/local/opt/openssl/bin/openssl' with return code: (0). Requirements installation failed with status: 133.

I don't know how to proceed.

I was able to get past the error I was receiving by running 'rvm autolibs read-only'. This prevented the installation process from canceling when it received errors. Instead, the Ruby version updated despite the missing certificates.
