How do I get to blog directory.

I am using windows, and I can't find "Blog" folder nor file.

The blog directory is created when you run the command rails new blog. You should review this video for more details. You might also want to review our Console Foundations course for more info about directories and working in the console/terminal.

By the way, the directory should be named blog, not Blog. Many things in Ruby and Rails are case-sensitive, meaning that letters we show in lower-case must be in lower-case on your system, and letters we show in upper-case must be in upper-case on your system. You will save yourself a lot of confusing errors later if you learn to avoid mixing letter case.
