I am using windows, and I can't find "Blog" folder nor file.

directory is created when you run the command rails new blog
. You should review this video for more details. You might also want to review our Console Foundations course for more info about directories and working in the console/terminal.
By the way, the directory should be named blog
, not Blog
. Many things in Ruby and Rails are case-sensitive, meaning that letters we show in lower-case must be in lower-case on your system, and letters we show in upper-case must be in upper-case on your system. You will save yourself a lot of confusing errors later if you learn to avoid mixing letter case.
